  • Handling Time: 1-2 business days
  • Transit Time: 5-8 business days
  • Estimated Delivery: Within 6-10 business days, depending on external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or high order volumes. We will inform you via email of any significant delays affecting your order.

Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number and details. A subsequent email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched. This tracking number allows you to monitor your shipment's status on the carrier's website. Please be aware that tracking information may occasionally experience updates delays from the carrier.

Shipping Carriers: For all orders within the United States and its territories, we utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Shipping Locations: ChronoCare ships to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Lost or Missing Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact our support team within 7 days of the stated delivery date. If we are not notified within this timeframe, we may be unable to offer a reshipment or refund. We will collaborate with USPS to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include reshipping your order or providing a refund as per your preference.
